STA Home Developments wasn’t born out of a business plan. It started with family. My dad, after retiring, purchased a property and asked me to oversee the refurbishment.
At the time, I was still working full-time, managing the project in the evenings and weekends. It was a steep learning curve. Exhausting at times. But I loved it. Seeing that tired property come back to life sparked something in me.
After watching the transformation unfold, my dad said:
“Why don’t you come and do this full-time? Give it 18 months and let’s see how it goes.”
So I did.
Fast forward to today. We’ve flipped properties, built our own rental portfolio, and now help others do the same. We’ve created a trusted, hands-on investment service that takes the stress out of the process for our clients, while delivering high-quality homes built to last.
