STA Home Developments was founded in 2018 by our Head Director Graham, after a successful career in the gas and oil industry, Graham was ready to take early retirement, so with the help of his daughter Sara they set out on their new venture.

In Mid 2021 with Graham ready to retire fully, Sara became the Head Director of STA Home Developments and the companies portfolio has grown from strength to strength with each refurb getting bigger and better, continually growing in performance.

The company is proud to present each property completed to the highest of standards, and now has plans to expand in deal sourcing for hands off Investors or to help Investors grow their own portfolios too.

4 Bloomhill Close

Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac this 3 bed property has been partly refurbed to make an ideal rental, we removed all damp which was hidden behind a media wall and replaced damaged floor boards, the property was then fully decorated throughout. Our budget also included reworking the outside space to create a beautiful outdoor area too.

5 Orchard Lane

One of our most favourite projects to date. This three bed property with a large kitchen and living room was fully refurbished with a new kitchen, rework of the bathroom, decorated throughout and landscaping to the front and the rear gardens, this helped us to create a stunning family home for our future tenants.
